Introduction to Yoga and Ignite Yoga Fusion- 60 minutes
This yoga class is a the way you begin your journey at Ignite Yoga Fusion. You will learn how yoga is going to help make the changes in your life you are looking for. This class is a the first class you should take at Ignite Yoga Fusion. Practiced in a warm not hot room, it will guide you through yoga poses and teach you how to move with your breath. You will end the practice with relaxation techniques and a roadmap of your journey on your mat.
Hot Set Flow 1 – 60 minutes
This class, practiced in a heated, climate controlled room, blends bikram sequencing with vinyasa flow (movement with breath). You will detoxify, strengthen, and enliven your body while learning better focus.
Hot Flow – 60 minutes
This class is geared for students looking to have a great time in a consistent flow from pose to pose. Each flow class offers an inspiring message and deeply relaxing finish. This class is sometimes set to rock, reggae, hip-hop, blues and worldbeats. Variations for all levels are offered. All ability levels welcome.
Hot Power Flow – 60 minutes
A vigorous one-hour workout, Hot Power Flow offers a fast paced series of sequenced poses. Students move from one posture to another in a continuous flow linking movement to breath. This physically demanding yoga builds strength, flexibility and stamina. All ability levels welcome.
Hot Power Flow – 75 Minutes
This class, taught in a hot room, will have your body moving and toning with a yoga flow. You will move through poses with your breath. Each class is different depending on the teachers particular style. Feel your body stretch, lengthen and tone.
Warm Flow 60
This class is based on movement synchronized with the breath. All postures will flow into one another to seamlessly flow with the breath throughout the class. This class will open your body and help you build core strength. Poses will vary based on instructor. Some yoga experience is recommended by not required. Non Heated-All Levels
Yin Yoga – 60 Minutes
Yin yoga is a deep, intense stretch of the fascia (connective tissue), ligaments and joints in which floor poses are held for 3-5 minutes each. The practice increases flexibility and range of motion, boosts the immune system, opens emotional, physiological and energetic blockages while providing the medium for training the mind, as every posture becomes a mini-meditation. Yin yoga is the perfect complement to vigorous yoga and other sports/activities. Yin is best done with cold muscles so that the stretch remains in the deeper tissues, so plan your active classes afterward or on every other day.

Taught in a heated room, this class offers an intense full body workout. Exciting and dynamic, this class will challenge you to take your fitness to the next level.
Restorative Yoga – 60 minutes
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing practice that encourages rest and resets the body, mind and spirit. Deep relaxation is achieved when the body feels it is in a nurturing and supportive environment. This type of environment engages the parasympathetic nervous system allowing for improved digestion and the reduction of muscle tension, chronic stress, fatigue, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. While the body relaxes in restorative yoga poses, health is promoted throughout all of the organs, tissues, and body systems. Non Heated-All levels

This class is a great introduction into yoga or a soothing gentle flow. Practiced in a warm not hot room, it will guide you through yoga poses and teach you how to move with your breath. This class will energize your body and increase flexibility.

Taught in a warm room this class is geared toward children. Taught with a playful attitude, IgniteKids will help children follow a whole body healthy program and learn to focus and calm their minds.

Yoga Barre is a full body workout designed to firm butts, tone arms, thin thighs, and flatten tummies. By combining the techniques used in ballet and yoga we have created a intense one-hour session to effectively change your body.
